Why we only work with agents.
Sweden's Hemnet is the most-trusted property site in Europe because it doesn't accept listings directly from sellers — only from licensed agents. That single rule eliminates fake listings, stale prices and speculative inflation. We copied it. Every home on Globe.casa is submitted, verified and maintained by a licensed real estate professional in the country where the property is located.
What we verify.
- · The agent holds a valid license in the property's country.
- · The address, size and legal status of the property match public records.
- · Prices are updated within seven days of any change.
- · Photographs are of the actual property, taken in the last twelve months.
How we make money.
Agencies pay a monthly subscription to list on Globe.casa. Buyers pay nothing and never see a mark-up. We don't take a cut of any transaction.
